While the location was convenient, finding cockroaches in the room was unsettling. The staff was friendly, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing for the price.

Just a fitting option for a relaxing holiday in Sydney with definitely value for money. The room ceiling had mold due to no exhaust fan in the shower. Bring a power strip if you need to use outlets near the mirror.

i enjoyed the super comfy bed and the surprising quietness of the room despite the hotel's closeness to sydney airport. Being just a quick walk to nearby parks and eateries made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable.

Clean but overpriced room

We had a nice stay for 3 nights and really loved the comfy beds and strong air conditioning. Relaxing by the pool and using the luggage storage after check-out were super convenient. Just wish the tea-making supplies included mugs instead of takeout cups, but overall it was a great experience! ☀️

Spent one night in a cramped family room. The staff were nice, but that room was so tiny! The aircon was super loud, and the bathroom was a struggle with low water pressure. Breakfast was decent, though, and the coffee hit the spot. Just don’t expect a spacious getaway.

The Classic Family Room feels cramped for your clan, leaving little room for luggage – it's really designed just for an overnight stop. Water issues plague the bathroom. scarcely getting a trickle from the hand basin and lukewarm shower with dreadful pressure makes it frustrating. Plus, lacking any soap in the bathroom is baffling for a hotel—no bar or liquid soap here at all! On top of that, the air conditioning is noisy and doesn't provide much comfort, and you'll likely hear the conversations of neighboring guests at ungodly hours. If you're trying to catch some Z's, good luck with that bright sign outside your window flooding the room with light.
